Why is there no package insert with my order?

We deliver our products without paper leaflets. You can consult the leaflet digitally on our website.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders placed and paid for with SEPA transfer before 17:00 on working days are usually delivered the next day. However, we are dependent on PostNL and cannot guarantee same-day delivery. Unfortunately, iDEAL is currently not available, we are working on making this option available again.

I ordered two days ago and haven't received anything yet.

After receiving your payment your order will be shipped. Should there be a delay at PostNL, please contact us if you have not received anything within 5 working days after confirmation.

How can I pay from Belgium?

Customers outside the Netherlands can pay in advance. You will receive our bank details in the confirmation email. We will soon introduce MisterCash for Belgian customers.

There is an error message when paying via iDeal. What should I do? (temporarily unavailable)

In case of an error during an iDeal payment, no money has been debited. You can place the order again.

Will my order be packaged discreetly?

Yes, all orders are shipped discreetly in a plain envelope or parcel. Only your name and address are included.

What does my bank statement show?

Payments are processed discreetly as transfers to Mollie, our payment provider. No mention of Kamagra or erectile dysfunction drugs.

What happens to my order if I am not at home?

Orders that fit in the letterbox will be delivered as usual. For larger packages or registered mail, the postman will leave a message for a new delivery attempt or pick-up at a post office.

Do I pay shipping costs?

Standard shipping with PostNL is free. For registered shipping or other specific shipping options, additional costs may apply.

Is it safe to order erectile dysfunction drugs online?
